The NIKE, Inc. Supply Chain team is the engine that propels product around the world. Supply Chain experts ensure that every year, almost a billion units of footwear, apparel and equipment arrive at the right place, at the right time. To ensure this complex job goes off without a hitch, Supply Chain teams work with a network of more than 50 distribution centers, thousands of accountants, and more than 100,000 retail stores worldwide — making the impossible happen every single day.
Bachelor's degree in business management preferred.

  • Minimum of 5 years operation management experience in a distribution or manufacturing environment.  Working knowledge of automated distribution systems.
  • Experience with budget management and accountability.
  • Experience with 3PL operations and relationship
  • Experience with a Reverse Logistics Business Model
  • Strong project management skills in order to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Experience with Excel, Word, SAP, DCMS and Kronos would be a plus.
  • Strong analytical and innovative skills for strategic planning, sound decision-making, and problem solving and ability to work well under tight business driven deadlines. 
  • Outstanding leadership qualities.
  • Ability to handle confidential matters in a professional manner. 
  • Preferred experience in Lean environment.
  • Excellent verbal, written and listening communication skills, ability to lead other and influence at various levels of the organization.
  • Proven track record of understanding and fostering a diverse workforce. Detail oriented.
  • Ability to embrace and promote other ideas. Ability to motivate and stay focused.
  • Ability to work effectively on a team. 
  • Ability to work overtime with little or no advance notice, staying over or coming in for meeting, ability to access all areas of the warehouse, including second and third levels.
  • Visual acuity including color, depth perception, and field of vision.
  • Auditory ability to receive verbal communication.
  • Preferred experience in Lean Environment
